We Train and Provide Mystery Shoppers

Trained and experienced mystery shoppers make sure they have the proper goals in mind - such as amenities, objections, or apartment size - and craft an undetectable shopping experience to get the most genuine presentation possible from a leasing consultant. From there, the evaluator relays their experience through a formal written report of the time spent in categories of telephone skills, the greeting, qualifying, presentation, closing, fair housing and community condition. The final report includes comprehensive scoring and comments of detailed events. Many of our 100+ shoppers are certified by the Mystery Shopper Providers Association.
